i have 8 male rats looking for homes as due to ongoing illnesses i cant give them the time they need anymore.they are all over a year old and nice fellas.like to freerange and like their food,i feed them rat nuggets either pets at home or supa rat and also reggie rat.they also like fresh fruit and vegetables and pasta cooked or uncooked.they need a home where they will get lots of attention,they can go as the group of 8 or in pairs only i wont rehome single rats sorry.im located in aberdeenshire please let me know if you can help me out thanks

How have you got on rehoming the rats teresa?..have you tried any rat based forums?..you could try Half Penny Farm..they are on my links page.

no luck as yet,ive tried all the animal rescues i could find including halpenny farm and they are all full also have an ad on fancy rats forum had lots of views but no replies.i think people prefer the babies rather than the adults but they dont seem to realise that the babies will grow into adults eventually.hopefully ill have homes for them soon

Do you still have these rats and if so where abouts are you located?

I am an experienced pet owner and am interested in keeping pet rats. I also have a very good team of vets i use near me as well.
