Pet Fostering Service Scotland (PFSS) who foster pets when owners go into hospital, are made homeless or are fleeing a domestic abuse home. Increasing PFSS were in a rehoming position where cats and dogs could not be returned to their owners. As this was never what we specialised in we were very grateful when The Blue Cross offered to work collaboratively with PFSS to help rehome those animals. I have been trying to establish a rehoming foster scheme throughout all areas in Scotland for the past 9 months and we now have 13 volunteers who are trained and caring for cats and dogs in need of a new home. I am really telling you all this as a bit of history but what I am really contacting you for is support rehoming a couple of cats and dogs we have.
